
Interact with the Tower door and speak the words to enter the tower. Ask whatever questions you like, then leave the conversation to be given a new main quest. Tell him it's complicated, and that the Leaden Key would've found a way, to finish the conversation.Īfter exiting the Sanitarium and you are walking away, a Dunryd Row Messenger will give you a message. Tell him you'll see then head back up the stairs and towards the Head Warden, who will start a conversation with you. Fight your way back to Azo and confront him about his experiments. Tell him he needs to undo what he has done to start a fight and end the quest. Speak to Uscgrim in the end cell and reach out for his soul. Peer into Gram's soul and see what happened to him before continuing on your way. Choose the first option, then suggest that Azo ran experiments on him. Interact with Gram in the third cell on the left. Now head to the locked door in the north to enter the North Ward.

He doesn't seem interested, but you can ask him a bunch of questions and at some point I ended up with they key. Speak to Azo and ask for access to the North Ward.

There is a closed door to the east that leads to Caedman Azo (and two unique items in locked crates). You can go exploring to the west and north but there isn't much to see.

Speak to Freyol and ask her everything you can to update the quest. Tell him you found records then go back downstairs and past the block of four rooms in to the patient ward. Loot the bookshelf and the chest then go back to the Head Warden. Head downstairs and in to the top right room (Ripley is in here). Tell him you won't know who they are until you meet them, then bid farewell. Tell him that he may have a member of the Leaden Key around and that they are up to something.
